Responsible Production and Sustainable Supply
In our facilities, we completely reject methods that disrupt the chemistry of salt, such as evaporation (dissolving in water and recrystallizing with heat) and industrial refining. Without using any synthetic chemicals for anti-caking (E-536, etc.), we bring the natural crystal structure formed over millions of years and the 84 minerals contained in the salt to tables in their own balance and in their purest form. While preserving naturalness on our production lines, we use the most advanced technologies in process management. We carry out all stages of production untouched by human hands in our high-capacity stainless chrome facilities equipped with optical sorters. In this way, by keeping food safety and hygiene standards at the highest level, we bear the responsibility of offering our consumers products that are not only delicious but also health-supporting, reliable, and of premium quality. We consider sustainability a fundamental standard not only within the boundaries of our own facilities but across our entire value chain. We make plans that minimize our environmental impact in all logistics processes, from the extraction of raw materials at the Kırıkkale Delice mine until they reach the final consumer. By working with business partners who share our sensitivity in business ethics and environmental awareness; we manage a strong supply ecosystem that is transparent, traceable, and open to mutual development.

Aware that natural resources are not infinite, we operate our mining enterprises and production facilities with the principle of maximum efficiency. While processing our unique rock salt reserves in Kırıkkale Delice, we utilize modern mining technologies and focus on a zero-waste target. Thanks to our highly automated closed-circuit systems, we continuously optimize energy and water consumption, utilizing natural resources in the most efficient way without wasting them. Within the scope of our environmental sustainability approach, shrinking our carbon footprint and protecting the natural ecosystem of the regions where we operate are among our most important priorities. We continuously measure the impact of our production processes on nature and reduce this impact to the lowest levels through ameliorative infrastructure investments. As EFTA Trade, we transform the power we receive from nature into production by respecting nature and adopt protecting the ecological balance as a fundamental corporate culture. By reflecting the naturalness of our products in our packaging processes, we fulfill our responsibility to leave a clean environment for future generations.
