Across every process from production to supply, we adopt a zero-waste target and reduce our carbon footprint with environmentally conscious closed-circuit systems and advanced technologies centered on energy efficiency.
Our responsible production approach begins with not interfering with the nature of the product and preserving the purity nature offers us. In our facilities, we completely reject methods that disrupt the chemistry of salt, such as evaporation (dissolving in water and recrystallizing with heat) and industrial refining. Without using any synthetic chemicals for anti-caking (E-536, etc.), we bring the natural crystal structure formed over millions of years and the 84 minerals contained in the salt to tables in their own balance and in their purest form.
Aware that natural resources are not infinite, we operate our mining enterprises and production facilities with the principle of maximum efficiency. While processing our unique rock salt reserves in Kırıkkale Delice, we utilize modern mining technologies and focus on a zero-waste target. Thanks to our highly automated closed-circuit systems, we continuously optimize energy and water consumption, utilizing natural resources in the most efficient way without wasting them.
